If you are not completely satisfied with ZombiBox or any product in your ZombiBox, let us know and we will make it right for you. Your satisfaction is paramount. We want you to be happy with your purchase, your buying experience, the product and with us. We want you to have the best possible experience. Refund Policy – Due to the nature of the product we cannot grant refunds. We can however offer replacement or store credit for defective items.

Return Policy – We do offer a 7 day return policy for defective items. We do everything we can to provide the highest quality products but even quality products can sometimes have manufacturing defects and/or breakage. If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you. Just call or email us within 7 days and we’ll replace the item with the same or similar product. If the same product is unavailable (such as in a special sale or limited inventory promotion, we’ll issue you a store credit).

Billing & Payment: You understand and agree that ZombiBox is a subscription service and as such your subscription will auto-renew each month, and you authorize us to charge your credit card on file each month.

Shipping Damage? – In the event a product is damaged in shipment there is a 3 business day return policy. You must call or email us to request a RAN (return authorization number) within 3 business day from the time of receipt of your ZombiBox to claim a shipping damage return/credit.
